Nevi’s Board provides leadership by setting the strategic goals and framework for the association. The Members’ Council is the highest supervisory body, safeguarding members’ interests.
It comprises between 20 and 30 representatives who meet at least twice annually. Their responsibilities include determining membership fees, organising national Members’ Council elections, and ensuring consistency with the statutes. The Council operates through specialized committees on Policy & Finance, Continuity, and Governance, each overseeing their domain and offering guidance.
Members' Council
Rapid decision-making and member participation are essential for responding effectively to developments in the market and our field. Both factors are characteristic of an enterprising association. The Nevi Members' Council represents our members and ensures their connection.
Our members are a valuable source of knowledge and experience. Purchasing is our shared passion and social responsibility. Developments in the market and in our field demand knowledge and commitment. To respond effectively to these developments, rapid decision-making and member participation are essential. The Members' Council meets at least twice a year and consists of a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 people. Elections are held every three years.

Some of the Members' Council's activities include determining membership dues, organizing the national Members' Council elections, and ensuring consistency between the various statutes.

The Members' Council consists of several committees:
Monitors organizational objectives and the implementation of the long-term policy plan, advises the Council of Members on the contribution, budget, annual accounts and discharge:

Guarantees the continuity of the Council of Members and ensures the right size (joining and resigning). Organizes the elections for (vice) chairman and the national elections for the Council of Members:

The Governance committee operates on a project basis. She is involved, among other things, in applying and/or implementing the statutes and internal regulations, the connectivity of and between Nevi members and Members' Delegates or optimizing the working methods of the Council of Members itself.
